Our Houses

A mix of single family homes, duplexes, and apartments (22 units in all),  our homes are our where we realize our dreams.  They are where we raise our families, share meals with friends, read good books, play, gaze at the sunrise, or just catch a good night’s sleep.  Our houses were built on a hillside to  preserve as much pasture and farmland as possible.  They reflect our concern for the environment through green building design, local and sustainably produced materials, and a relatively small footprint.
