Sales and Rentals

While there are no units at Cobb Hill available today for sale or rent, units do come up for sale, often unexpectedly. We encourage anyone interested in living at Cobb Hill to move toward joining our waiting list. You will find a description of the steps leading to waiting list status in the document titled The Exploration Process on the Cobb Hill website. Your first step is to be in touch with our Membership Committee at membership@vermontel.net.

When a unit is available for sale or rent, a description of the unit will be posted in this section of the website. Those on the waiting list will be notified.

Sales at Cobb Hill involve direct contact with the seller and a process with the community.  We look for members who share our interests and intentions and will be active participants in community life.
